You need:

  • 2 small pears
  • 2 tablespoons of parmesan (in small slices)
  • 1 tablespoon of walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon of balsamic vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon of walnut oil of mild vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon of lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • salt
  • pepper

Wash the pears and cut it into slim slices. Arrange them on a plate and top it with the parmesan cheese. Mix the oil, vinegar, lemon juice and honey in a small cup and season with salt and pepper. Drizzle the dressing on the pears and the parmesan and crumble the walnuts on top. Serve with fresh baguette.
